shopping on the site was okay overall. it loaded a little slowly for me, and the filters didn’t always narrow things down the way i expected. i did end up finding what i needed, but it took more clicking around than i’d like.

"Pretty much what I expected"
I ordered a dress and it was close to the listing. The fit matched the size info well enough, and it looked like the photos for the most part. The color was maybe a little darker in person, but not enough to bother me. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Colour was a bit off"
I ordered a top from Jacquie and it’s nice enough, but the colour wasn’t quite what I expected. It looked a lot brighter in the photos online, then when it arrived it was more dull in person. There was just something about it that felt a bit different from what I thought I was getting. Still wearable though, and delivery was fine.

I half expected something to be off, like the wrong size or a colour that looked nothing like the photos, but nope. The order showed up exactly as I picked it, sizes and colours matched the site, and there were no mix-ups. I’m still a little suspicious because that almost never happens, but yeah, happy with it

"Easy styles that just work"
I really like the styles on Jacquie, they’re simple, but not boring. The dresses and tops are the kind of pieces I can wear to work and then still feel put together if I’m going out for dinner after. The colours are easy to mix and match too, which makes getting dressed a bit less of a thing. The website was clean and easy to use as well. I found what I was looking for without having to click around forever.

"Packaging was good enough, I guess"
My order showed up quickly, which was great. The packaging was mostly okay too, though one side of the box had a small dent. I was a little annoyed at first, but nothing inside was damaged, so it wasn’t a big deal. Could’ve used a bit more padding, but overall I’m happy with it

"The loyalty perks are actually worth using"
I’ve shopped on jacquie.com.au a few times now, the loyalty rewards have been better than I expected. The whole thing feels straightforward, and from the way it’s set up, I get the sense they’re trying to make it easy rather than pushy. I like earning points and getting the odd little perk without having to think too much about it. It does make me more likely to come back when I need new work clothes. Simple, useful, and no fuss...

My order arrived just fine and I’m happy with the dress overall. The only thing that stood out to me was the shipping cost, it felt a bit high for just one dress. I’d definitely be more excited to order again if the postage was a little cheaper.

"Looked better online than in person"
I bought this top because it looked really nice online, but when it showed up the fabric felt thin and cheap. I figured I’d at least give it a wash and try to make it work, but even after one wash it already lost its shape a bit, which was annoying. It’s not the worst thing ever, but for the price I expected better, and I don’t love having to put in extra effort just to make a basic top look decent.

I ordered it on Monday and it was already at my door by Wednesday, which made me happy. I’ve had stuff take a week, two weeks, or just sit in tracking forever, so getting it that quickly was a nice surprise. It’s always great when something shows up before you start wondering if it got lost, delayed, or sent to the wrong place...

"Decent deals, but a little confusing"
The promos can be decent when they actually go through, but the weird part is some discounts show up at first and then just disappear at checkout. I did still end up saving a bit, so it wasn’t a total miss, but I really wish the terms were easier to understand upfront.
